Late Policy
// LATE POLICY //

I have a 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD for ALL appts. This means that you must be in my studio room and ready to start waxing within 5 minutes of your original appt time

I will NO LONGER contact you if you are running late to find out when you will arrive for your appt. It is YOUR responsibility to contact me when you are running late to find out if I’ll still be able to take you.

Contacting me DOES NOT guarantee that I will take you after the 5 min grace period but I will let you know whether or not I can still take you. It is your responsibility to know, understand and accept my late policy.

If you arrive after the allotted 5 minutes without contacting me first and I’m not able take you, I'll be happy to reschedule you at my next available time. This is so your appt doesn't interfere with my next client's appt. This applies even if my next client hasn't arrived for their appt yet.

If I decide to take you after the allotted 5 min grace period and you agree, you may not receive the full benefit of your service(s) and you will still be charged the FULL amount. For example, I may not have time to tweeze any stray hairs after your brazilian wax or I may not be able to fill in your brows after your brow shaping. You will still be expected to pay the full amount of the service

If our parking lot is full, it is still YOUR responsibility to arrive on time for your appt. Please don’t completely rely on the parking lot to find a spot. The parking lot is a COURTESY, NOT a guarantee.

There are other practitioners taking clients as well at the center and the lot can get full easily. If the lot is full that is NOT a valid excuse for being late to your appt. The streets surrounding our building have free and metered street parking for you as well

Please plan accordingly to arrive on time in regards to TRAFFIC, HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS and EVENINGS. It is always your responsibility to arrive on time to your appt regardless of the AREA, SEASON, EVENTS, etc.

North Park can be a busy area especially in the evenings, on the weekends, during special events and holidays. It's important to keep this in mind when you have an appt. So please give yourself plenty of extra time to find parking and arrive for your appt on time

// MULTIPLE SERVICES //

If you have multiple services scheduled in one appt but cancel one of the services less than 24 hours before the appt, you will be charged 50% of the canceled service. It DOES NOT matter if you accidentally shaved, don’t feel like doing it anymore, you arrived late for your appt or any other reason you can think of.

I have always and still require at least 24 hours notice when canceling/rescheduling/changing a service. The only time I will make an exception is if you have started your cycle and do not want to have your bikini wax done. But please remember, as long as you wear a tampon you can be waxed during your cycle

// NO SHOWS //

I have a STRICT no show policy. If you no show on me for any appt, I will ban your email from scheduling online. If you contact me and let me know the no show was due to can emergency, I’ll be more than happy to unban your email. If you are banned from booking online but would still like to make another appt, you may text me to schedule an appt and I will require a deposit in order to reschedule your new appt. Once you show up for that appt on time, I will unban your email and you can schedule online again.

Email and text reminders are sent 48 hours in advance to give you that time to reschedule/cancel/change appts without penalty so please respect my time like I respect yours
